Catch me rolling with some jazz cats looking scragglier than a caravan of skate rats
Lay a verse fall off the back of the beat the way I'm laid back and hyper mellow
But it's barely a hyperbole to say that I've carried the vibe perfectly for like 21 circulations of the earth around the sun
And currently I run, against the current of a few billion humans who refuse to feel the hum, they can't sense the feeling coming with the boom bap swing of the high hat
Occasionally I get the notion to crawl out my bed but immediately climb back
Because I see people walking around with headphones, wirelessly connected to their phones, one in each ear, sending a signal directly through the center of their domes
Their brain dying is all they hear
Somebody needs to let the view from the helicopter pan to the hellish progaganda selling a plot to stand a banner thats soul purpose is to proclaim the ban of our own original thought
But oh well and what not, what goes around comes around what goes up must get knocked out the air
Back to the surface of the sphere
Where I'm frequently rolling with some hip hop heads looking dapper as great gatsby
Smile at anyone happen to walk past
Kick rocks as I walk back to spend the evening sipping tea listening to free jazz
